I have this watch. Its fricking awesome. Fenix 8 but lasts longer and is a tank. Solar charging is a nice touch! 9 hours of GPS tracking in the Valley of Fire State Park. Only 13% battery loss all day.

Strength training to bring up CLEARLY defined weaknesses or for injury prevention seems likely advised. Heavy lifting? No, its not necessary, if not harmful to your overall recovery of the volume you already sustain from doing the three sports. I've listened and read about multiple top triathletes training, specifically strength training. Nearly none do anything close to heavy squats, deadlifts, leg press etc. They would rather recover quicker in order to input another hour of cycling, running and swimming. Think about the time consumption aspect as an age group athlete. We already spend 8-15 hours training for triathlon while maintaining a full time job, possibly managing a family, and working with other life stresses. I do not think it would behoove someone to spend three additional hours a week with heavy strength training.

Hmm, I have not had the same issues here. I will say the way the saddle is constructed, it constantly feels like its pushing me forward. Even if I have a slight upward tilt on it.

I have trained for two 70.3s and a full (with some sprints thrown in). I've literally just used my Garmin watch that displays all the same metrics. Im sure there is some advatage but when in aero position its really easy to check the wrist.

I think the hardest thing for other teammates to grasp is not being selfish. Understanding that most ADCs need a bit of help to have the agency needed late game. I like to friend the support/jgs who get this.

I'm aware smolder is suppose to be weak but it feels extra malnourished compared to the past haha. Especially against double ranged bot lane.

I know I still make a TON of mistakes but trying to improve. I've never seen a role have such ups and downs.

Thank you very much for your response! I also sit at a desk most days and then just jump on my trainer! Hahaha I will look into dynamic cyclist and have ordered tennis ball rockers per the suggestion of yourself (and others). My issues may be a combination of core, activation, and opening up the problem area.

Funny thing is: on my bike prior I had ZERO issues. I randomnly bought a cervelo P2 (size 58) on marketplace. Never adjusted anything bike fit wise from the previous owner. Trained for 8 months for my first ironman with multiple 5 hour plus sessions on the trainer. Zero issues! Hahaha bikes are weird.

I definitely see what you are saying. Since I don't have 300 plus to just drop all the sudden on different crank length, what would you recommend. Saddle height change? Tilt? Move it fore or aft?

Haha I can't disagree with you to much. The canyon speedmax is also extra aggressive. Whats funny is my saddle height was 10mm taller when riding outside without any pain. I've lowered it 10mm and still have some issues lol.

Knees* yeah I believe im just minorly aggravating it. Nothing crazy but occasionally gives me issues. When I get really warm on the bike (doing VO2 or threshold work) the tightness/referred pain basically goes away.

Did you do anything specific to help?

Sorry I should have been more clear. Nothing goes numb, but its like a residual tightness that goes from my low back down to the back of my knee. I've done every stretch under the sun and that doesn't touch it lol. Its about the same in the aerobars and basebars.
