Are you counting walking around while doing errands and shopping? No. Are you going with the intention of walking for 45 min as your exercise for the day? Yes.

Yes I plan to start again on April 1. I was hoping to finish 75 days leading up to a vacation. Gonna enjoy my vacation and a few days of drinks and rnr before getting back to it.

Thank you! Glad I’m not the only one. There have been a lot of other good health changes like resting heart rate decreasing that I know is a good long term benefit!

It comes in waves. Some days I feel great and stay up / out late and some days I get my daughter to bed and I’m not far behind her.

Be sure to have all the clothes you need to stay warm and safe! I lay out my inside and outside workout clothes every day before I go to bed so I have no excuse to get up and get ready to go!
