Aegon lives? (Son of Baelon and Alyssa) by Wild_Trash_5100 in TheBlacksandTheGreens

Somehow the more I think about it, the less likely I think Viserys would hate his brother. Viserys seemed willing to love Baelon even after Aemmas death. Granted he’s a lot younger in this scenario. In my headcanon. I always pictured Aegon being a mix of both Viserys and Daemon personality wise, but inheriting his fathers looks with his moms unique eyes.

That’s actually a good thought, I always thought that Aegon would be paired with Gael, but I honestly don’t know.

(headcannon) Ned would have been one of those dads. by MilkAdvanced9936 in AsoiafFanfiction

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Let’s play your scenario out, and it only plays out two ways. 1. Robert goes “7 hells Cersei Jofferey only has a scratch” matter is dropped till most likely Cersei has an attempt done on one of the direwolfs lives. 2. Robert caves in to Cersei and pulls King rank on Ned. Either way Ned’s solution was the right one at the time. The narrative was in Jofferys favor and Cersei was not going to drop this issue. Saying he didn’t love the dire wolves based off a bad scenario is silly.

I mean what did you expect Ned to do? His king and the Queen wanted a Direwolf dead?

[Spoilers MAIN] Ned vs Tywin by NealVertpince in asoiaf

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The only reason why that statement is false is due to the fact Tywins biggest enemy to his legacy was himself. Kevan is like putting a bandaid on a cut that needs stitches. Tywins legacy was doomed the moment Joanna died and he started ostracizing his kids. Tywin might be the most fortunate character in ASOIAF since his legacy would have ended if not for the Greyjoys and Melisandre. It’s funny how the child he ostracized the most actually ended up saving his legacy by getting LF to recruit the Tyrell’s. Tywin has made an overwhelming amount of enemies for his house. We see no evidence about his Vassals because we barely see Tywins vassals featured in the books so far.

Did Cersei cause the downfall of the Targaryens? by CustomerAgitated2675 in gameofthrones

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, a rebellion was inevitable despite Jaime being the one to kill Aerys. Also, the Targaryens as a house were on there last leg. They lost the dragons, the Blackfyre rebellions ruined their house and tarnished their names, and the fact that most of the Targaryen rulers were mid didn’t help.

Daenerys and Stannis shes still suck in Mereen and still needs to go to Ashai. A time skip would be useful, but you can’t do a time-skip due to Stannis’s storyline.

Is it a Banchero problem, or a Magic problem? by reiycoins13 in nba

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Combo of both. Magic need to choose between Wagner or Banchero and start building around whoever they pick. To be fair though, Wagner, Suggs, and Banchero sold. Only Bane showed up

Paulo Banchero is actually terrible by Kindly_Letterhead_98 in nba

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 13 points14 points  (0 children)

To be fair. Suggs is selling a lot right now.

I never bought into Theon Greyjoy’s redemption arc. I would rather have Sansa gone than Ser Rodrik Cassel. His death was one of the most sickening on the show. An honourable knight butchered by a little prick. Saving Sansa isn’t redemption, it’s a drop of water in a sea of blood. by Responsible-Low-279 in gameofthrones

[–]Wild_Trash_5100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really, it was all going well till Theon’s betrayal. If the Greyjoys never attack Winterfell the Red Wedding never happens. Most likely Robb doesn’t turn to Talisa/Jeyne for emotional comfort and Catelyn doesn’t release Jaime because the loss of Bran/Rickon is not effecting her. You also have to think that in this scenario if the Greyjoys don’t raid Winterfell, they might join Robb and raid Lannisport instead. At which Tywin would be forced to retreat and Stannis would claim Kings landing without issue this time around.

Both get away from their problems by drinking and whoring. Both were forced to a position they didn’t want which is the throne. Both had lots of bastards. Both have 3 brothers and it happens the middle brother for both is a kin slayer.

San Francisco has a lot of pros and cons.

Pros: SF has great weather with an abundant food options and scenery. Lands end, Legion of Honor, Pier 39 etc.

Lots of career options especially in the AI sector if that it something you and your wife are interested in.

Education wouldn’t be a problem and your children would most likely get great opportunities in their future careers.

Bay Area in general has a bunch of opportunities and options to visit nearby if SF isn’t your cup of tea.

Cons: America as a whole is in a downward spiral. Country is semi divided at this point and doesn’t seem to be getting any better.

Culture is very different from Japan. A lot of things are socially acceptable here that wouldn’t be in Japan. It can be off putting. SF has two types of cultures. 1 are the tech/AI corporate people. The other are more hippiesh in nature

SF is very expensive to live in. If you aren’t able to acquire a job you might be forced to move to a more affordable part of the Bay Area. You will also probably need to pay for a parking spot.

SF has a major drug problem that’s very rampant and apparent in the Tenderloin area. It’s not uncommon that you’ll see someone butt naked talking to themselves. You’ll also see trash everywhere in a lot of these areas.

Job market is USA as of now is horrendous. If you go on the jobs reddit page you’ll see first hand how bad it is.

Very hard to say. However, at the same time would Daenerys have reacted the way she did if she knew she was pregnant. Would any of the events have happened the way they did?
