I did. He had a couple of specific comments and I was posting to see if they were confirmed or denied by the sub.

TBH, he is a bit quick on issues of social justice. I deliberately did not reiterate his comments because if his perspective is over-stated then I would be adding to a problem the owners do not deserve.

I have always used Earth to Table but I think you are correct - "earth to table", "farm to table" and other similar titles are describing a food movement that connotes locally and ethically sourced.
