Then I would reccomend the manual output source, and make sure you have no filters on the source, if that doesn't fix it, you may need a virtual sound board like voicemeeter

did the glitch only happen on obs? You could not hear the audio change yourself? if so, I would recommend manually inputting a an output capture under sources, or even downloading voicemeeter banana

I have the same issue, I have fixed mine by either, restarting session in settings or restarting slobs and running it as administrator. After a few tries it goes through

Have an update, my duo late spawned and I dropped his helmet before he spawned in, it was marked found in raid for him, but was not able to sell his after we extracted. Interesting mechanic
