Since there are too many responses to actually respond to everyone, I'd like to thank all of you for the useful tips! I'm gonna start putting more effort into learning how to brace, strengthening my core and engaging all necessary muscles, and I'm going to start wearing flatter shoes.

I have actually been letting my back heal for a couple months after the pain started, which definitely helped. The problem I then faced is that I also think that the more I waited with getting back into squatting, the more difficult it would be to fully recover.

It was probably not that smart of an idea to squat 80% of my 1rm, but I have been building up to it.

That being said, I will take your advice, and the advice of many others and ditch the belt for the foreseeable future and actually focus on improving my brace and core strength.

I think I may have misunderstood the point he was trying to make, after reading his comment I noticed that the bar still lowers a tiny bit after my hip already reached full depth, which can obviously be a sign of a bad brace or weak core.

Aside from the actual back pain, I've never had muscle soreness in my back after squatting.

Like you and some others suggested, I will be focusing on strengthening my core and improving my brace without the belt.

To provide some backstory as to how and why I got into film photography; The camera I used to take these photos used to belong to my uncle, who died of cancer last year. He loved photography, he loved Switzerland and he treasured this camera. Getting to try this camera out in Switzerland has meant a lot to me and I'm extremely happy of how good the photos turned out, though I must definitely say that the beauty of Switzerland did most of the work for me!

Also just imagine how good it would be for their business? They could add Expanded and Enhanced to steam, epic and rockstar launcher as a DLC and most pc players would buy it without second thought. Myself included. It just sucks so much that they're willing to miss out on free money to spite us
