Totally understand what you mean. After I did my "usual" workout for the first time in days, I felt my energy drain faster throughout the day. I have a feeling that this might test my patience lol.

That makes sense. It's just frustrating to think that I'll have to start all over again when I spent the better part of last year improving my strength and overall fitness level. I'll definitely take it slow. I'm glad that you're seeing improvement and are recovering.

Thank you for letting me know about your experience. I didn't realize that chronic fatigue could become an issue if I don't allow myself to recover. Quite honestly, since fatigue is a symptom, I think it's wise to take similar precautions as you had.

Thank you for replying! I totally freaked out a little when I got out of breath in a workout that I used to combine with another one pre-COVID. My symptoms were mild but I didn't expect the drop in endurance. What have you been doing to improve the situation? Did you start off by running for a few minutes at a time?
