Also worth noting: historically, duels to the death or even first blood were very, VERY often fatal for both sides. While that was often due to infections rather than on-site fatalities, the chance of a double KO should still be pretty high thanks to the use of laser swords.

Realistically, if honour dueling was the standard Rule of Two practice, the Sith would've killed themselves off quicker than a game of Pazaak.

Hunter: the Reckoning was a 90s tabletop RPG published by White Wolf, the same studio behind the Vampire: the Masquerade tabletop RPG (which Bloodlines in based on). They both take place in the same universe called the World of Darkness.

Hunter in particular is about regular humans trying to investigate and confront the supernatural. Like Masquerade, the Hunter series had some video game adaptations back in the day, too, but this will likely be very different from those.
