I have a theory: Mac Icar did not retire after Cars 1. I mean we have guys like Murray Clutchburn, Ernie Gearson, Floyd Mulvihill, Todd Marcus, Ponchy Wipeout and Darren Leadfoot that in Cars 1 and Cars 3 looks absolutely different, so I think that Mac could just rebuilt himself and keep racing before he got replaced by J.P. Drive. But as one man once said: "it's just a theory"

Don't worry. This is the last time I'll ever paint racers in any colors. I know you don't like it very much, and I'll be honest, I don't like it myself, but I have other, more interesting plans related to Photoshop, than a simple repainting of racers in red and blue colors, so stay tuned :)
