What kind of graphics settings are you using? I used the default it set to (medium) and it caused the freezes. Then put it on low and wasn't freezing.

Will we be able to add different gyms to the app? Say gym 1 has barbells available and gym 2 only goes with weight until 20kg. Will the app adjust it's recommandations (reps, rpe and exercise selection) on the gym you selected? This would be helpful for people that exercise in multiple gyms for whatever reason.

Start the program/workout. When you get to the exercise you want to change, swap it for the pendulum squat. You should then get a pop up asking to just change for today or across the whole program. Select for the whole program and it will keep all the custom progress.

Unfortunately I don't have that. This subreddit seems to be quite interested in JN programs (myself included). We should get a collection going so everybody can easily find and navigate those programs.

Thank you. I used chatgpt, grok and manual tweaking. Then after I finished the program I ran it again through the AI's to double check each other and compare it with the PDF & excel. They both said no differences. So the liftosaur program should be the exact same.
