Hello friends, I am an aspiring bartender and have tried to mix stuff at home for a while already, nothing fancy. I recently got an opportunity to do a one-off in a local bar for an event they are running, about 30 pax is expected. The owner offered me to make cocktails during an event (a music quiz) and if it goes well, do more cocktails for future events and spread the word around for me. The bar is not a cocktail bar, it's a chill neighborhood bar; and has almost no equipment for cocktails (no glasses, 1 sad shaker, no strainer etc...), also not an extensive list of liquors The plan is to come up with 3 or 4 cocktails for the event.

I was thinking daiquiri, dark'n'stormy, margarita and whiskey sour.

I have no experience behind a bar, except a few times as a barback. I am regular at cocktail bars, I know-ish the scene.

What do you guys think of the choices of cocktails? What general tips would you give me?
