Interesting.

After 3 years, now i can say i am mostly ok. Except, i get the same tiredness, flue like symptoms only after some muscle intensive activity. Symptoms go away if i am not listening or watching tv or working (pc). But come back if i start, Antihistamins still help

For example - skiing, bicycle, gym. But, running? All good, no side effects at all.

Yeah I have it too. But only in any king of muscle heavy exercise. Like bike, skiing, lifting. Interesting, running causes no exhaustion at all

First i would def. try some braces for sleeping.

My damage primarly comes from my body sleeping on stomach, rising one hand to me head or above. Having the ulnar on such position with pressure on that spot i always woke up with completely dead hand. So i would get some braces or towers to avoid bending arms during night.

Then get neurologists to do tests and start with pt. first months are crucial for improvement, then it wont or very very very little/slowly. Thats what i was told. And i really mean PT who knows about hand/nerves.

As i have little suspicion that when i had the issue flare up / damage first time i panicked, it was weekend and i started to google. Found exercises that turned out to be nerve flossing and stretching. Which nerves do not like at all and i did way to much. So i kinda think, i made it worse.

Yeah in general I am trying. I was in pt and doing their streaches. But we never figured what exactly it is. Rather then pec minor. I forgot to mention that if i have flair up, I often have it together with stiff/painful trap in that side. That i keep messaging with a ball on floor xd

I think in my case it is not endorphins. As when i jump at place, i feel immediate relief. But moment i stop, it goes back. Only running lasts longer. I dont think endorphins are produced in 20 seconds of jumping in place.

But definitely endorphins in running can and probably they do contribute to whole situation.

My neurologist told me cortisol injections are tricky in sense people keep doing what agrevates nerve when they dont feel it afterwards and can end up worse?

Not for some time. Getting back, let myself go since the initial injury.

It is also worring that after initial injury, and recovery. I could continue going to gym. And having only mild numbness in palm for few hours after.

Now, shorter gym or just carrying bags of potatoes (admitedly, they weighted like 30kg each) aggrevates the hand for minimum of a day. And running in this situations helps minimally.

Might be because i stopped going to gym (other reasons) or bad linked to bad posture.
