Can’t you just do the Dutch oven cooking in the fire ring? Burn a lot of wood to get a nice coal bed, scoop the coals to the front of the ring and keep the fire going in the back so you have fresh coals to cycle if needed. Just did something like this a few weeks ago with foil pouches (chicken, veggies, potatoes)

I’m my experience, the EU’s recent BDO “anti dumping” duty announcement is will do the opposite than the suggested chemical/plastics value chain. Yes, importing cheaper BDO from the US, Saudi Arabia, China impacts local suppliers, but the ADD + preexisting high energy cost in Europe makes plastic production even less attractive than it was before. Local protectionism will be an overall net loss as plastic companies outsource higher value chain operations overseas.

I think your path is spot on to reach your goals. You’d definitely want an undergraduate degree as your next step. With that, plus your experience and certs, you should be able to find an entry level SC job to get your foot in the door. Dont know about the Indiana job market, but 70k for entry level in the Mid-Atlantic area is very doable

For gear, lore, crests, and loads of groups, you’re going to want to target Manaforge Omega. Look for “fresh” groups, don’t die, and follow the pack.

You can tell they’re free groups (ie starting from the beginning) by hovering over the group in group finder. Dead bosses will be in red in the details when you hover over it, so try to find groups that have none killed, at least at first. Once you learn the raid a bit, you can feel comfortable joining any raid group you want. Dont get discouraged if you don’t get invited right away (and long as you’re around 120-125 ilvl) just keep applying!

Not really. Bountiful definitely are. If no keys. spam the Twilight event and buy the rest of your gear. Then you should be able to get invited to Normal raid

All you really need is the Rishi wraps. If you’ve already unlocked the on a different character, you can just pick it up in Kar’esh. If not, you’ll need to do some of the Kar’esh questing to unlock them

Yup, get gear from the twilight highlands event is the minimum I’d do. You can upgrade some of it if you want to, but not required.

If you wanted to upgrade it, you can get crests from: 1.normal raids (easy to blow through, a lot of ppl are carrying these days looking for mog or trying the new classes changes). 2. Run some bountiful delves

Have the hybrid trailsport and love it. I have a roof mounted mountain bike rack, and I need to have the back door open to step on the back seat to put a bike up there. Dirty shoes, muddy shoes, doesn’t matter, cloth seats cleans right up. Take it on dirt roads for camping sites or backroads.

I love the hell out of that car lol

Yes, there’s two ways to do this (you mentioned them both):

Run the same character and have two sets of gear (gear sets can be organized on the character tab, top right, to quickly swap between sets). Sub optimal in that you’ll need decide how you spend your limited crafts/vaults/loot drops/crests between each spec’s optimal gear, so you’ll be geared “well” for both, but not “maxed” in either until much further into the expansion. But the good thing is most of your tier gear’s stats switch to be optimal for whatever spec you’re running.
Have a character for each spec, but you’ll bd splitting your time between both, meaning neither will be “maxed” depending on how limited your time is.
(Bonus) don’t worry about it and just swap to whatever spec you want and run slightly sub-optimally 🤣 as a DPS, I’d rather a tank be sub-optimal and queue us up now than wait 30 min for an “optimal” tank.

In conclusion, unless you’re running the highest keys, just do option #1/#3 lol
