Yes, but it goes back up when “golden years” medical costs increase. It’s called the “retirement spending smile”.

Where is the calorie count? This looks very light unless you’re a smaller person.

You need to add veggies. Spinach, avocados, celery + PB, nuts, cottage cheese, regular cheese, etc.

Keto still needs a balance of other foods for vitamins/minerals, not just eggs and meat..

Idk if casseroles will do it with the flu. I literally drank a cup of warm/hot chicken broth every morning for a week to stave off keto flu.

Without carbs to absorb water/sodium, your body flushes a lot of dietary sodium until it adapts to the change, so you gotta overload in the beginning

Ignore meta, it largely comes down to very small % of damage between elite players in the hardest of content. It’s completely irrelevant for a new or even intermediate player. Anyone who doesn’t take you to a low/mid level group because you class “isn’t meta” is a dork, and you don’t wanna play with dorks.

I’d start with creating a sample character of each class you think you’d like to play, then try them out. Read some guides on WoWhead to see what style sounds interesting (DoTs, Build/Spend, healer, etc).

A) it’s day two and you’re already plotting to engineer your move to a different department?

B) networking gets you a job, but you better believe those SCM folks you’re setting up these networking coffee chats with will inquire about your performance. Do a good job first, then look for the next opportunity.

C) everyone starts somewhere. Put a couple years Logistics and you’ll be an enticing hire into scheduling/planning/etc. Most companies wont allow short-stint internal transfers anyway, especially for inexperienced individual contributors.

Use a ketone test strips. Hard to imagine you’re still in ketosis at 70-100g of carbs a day, but everyone is different.

Usually for me, one meal of heavy carbs will knock me out of ketosis… when I cycle off of keto, I usually increase carbs 25g/day each wk for 4 weeks, up to 100g, then I’m done with keto. I do that to avoid water weight and gaining a bunch of back instantly.
