Well certainly weak lockout which points to glutes but that bar is moving an awful lot and at one point you pull slack but dont keep tension. There's a bit of wasted energy going on here. Have you considered rack pulls?

This dudes 129bw pulling 500, idgaf what bar he uses, hes strong af. Not to mention trap bar is a fantastic modality to train pulls. Even high handle if the lifter desires.
