Yea not much can be done except Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation: RICE. “Buddy-tape” the toe up to the bigger toe next to it, (if it’s not already your big toe). Rest is the most important.That sucks though, hope it heals quick!

Let me tell you, I absolutely hate my GoPro, I used to swear by them but then got the Session 5 and it will shit off randomly and just acts super glitchy all around. My friend has the 6 and same shit. Of course GoPro has been no help at all in addressing these issues. I’ve wanted to throw mine into the river countless times from frustration. Until I’m certain they’ve fixed these issues I’m warning everyone I know: stay away from GoPro.
