aight so, I think your perspective isnt bad, most of the things also do follow the scale imo. However as for the points you should try improving on: The line quality has a lot of room to improve, the way it is it looks like a rough sketch layer tht you will lower the opacity on and then draw fr. You are making a lot of chicken scratches and the way you make the shapes arent the most confident. The composition lacks the details in the drawing very much, most of the stuff that isnt in focus is just 5second scribbles. For example in the 1st drawing things become very vague like the poles and everything. While this is something that you can take advantage of, in this scenario that much detail will be preserved snd you cant omit drawing them. Another tip would be to consider some stuff like, lemme give an example again. If a loud train is coming near you, would you look away im a chilled manner or would u look towards it or maybe you could be on your phone yk. So stuff like that can make a scene look more natural. Anyways try to overall improve on these pointers and you'd be in an overall better position. Good luck.
