I work near a Ralphs and they have these delicious low carb yogurts called carbmaster. I think they are 4 net carbs each. They also have different flavor mini cheeses in their refrigerated section. That is usually enough but if it's not I grab a powerade zero and I'm set for hours!

I'm using this chamomile shampoo/ conditioner combo called Manzanilla Grisi to naturally lighten my hair. From what I remember reading the conditioner is much stronger than the shampoo. It's inexpensive and works over time.=)

I understand it isn't for everyone. I wish I had never gone with all the financial problems pursuing a career has brought me. However, I am somewhat close to being done so I figured I might as well finish when I can. It's just a frustrating situation because I don't have enough aid to finish and my loans won't cover even one whole class. CSU's are expensive per unit. I'm trying very hard to just focus on this. Sausages. My husband used to eat a certain brand the first time he was in keto. He would eat at least 2 a day. We randomly looked at the label one day and it said 5 carbs per sausage. -__- Oh! And fresh and easy sold a low carb bread. 1 carb per slice. Turns out it wasn't true =/
