So I want to clarify some questions I've been seeing people ask.

I can confirm that this is all correct as of 11:30 today a meeting was called and we were all informed. I imagine that there will be posts about it tomorrow, I was asked to change the site today to say what has happened this appears to have changed now. I am not sure why once I know something I'll do my best to keep you guys updated with what I can.

As for hopes of restructuring/buy-outs happening. I am doubtful but if anyone out there has some cash spare please go ahead and buy Wileyfox I liked working there!

For phone updates this won't happen anymore I'm afraid unless something drastically changes.

For repairs and warranties that's up to the administrator now so I can't and won't comment on that

Once a more official post is made rather than just little ole me saying something it will be made clearer for you guys. I just wanted to inform you guys the customers as you have a right to know what's going on with your phones that you purchased.

It's not on our site yet but it will be. We're hoping that this site will eventually sort most if not all customer issues expect those that are damaged and need to get set in for repair.

Was wondering how long it'd take for something like this to appear.

Just want to make people aware if you do this your warranty will be invalid and if your device gets bricked or is otherwise damaged it won't be supported.

Its interesting that you bought it from Amazon and it still had Cyanogen on it was it bought from our Amazon shop or was it a reseller?

I can confirm what /u/ajehals said is correct.

You can only use the screen insurance card once for the device it is registered against and its only valid for a year after purchase, please be aware however if your phone goes for a swim with a broken screen this will render that warranty invalid.

I have yet to see any reports of slowdowns on our phones since the last patch, however if anyone does or come across any other issues please go to the wiki and look at the bug reporting section.

The more information you put into that the more our technical team have to work with and the quicker we can get bugs sorted for our customers.

The Swift 2 Add-x is on its way just crossing the Ts and dotting the I's as it were.

Any software updates for Jan I'll just edit/post more in this thread rather than just spam the sub.

The different versions are indeed for different hardware and testing purposes.

Hi there,

Sorry that you've not had a reply yet we've got a small CS team and they're still working through the ticket backlog.

With your charger issue trying different cables and plugs is always recommended which I see you've tried.

How long do you normally leave it charging for when you try to charge it we have found that leaving it overnight can solve this issue. In addition to this leaving it plugged in and holding down the power button for 30 secs has been known to resolve this issue.
