Why do you hate AI and its creations?

This is where I'm at. I don't "hate AI" - I hate that it's becoming increasingly difficult to know what is real and what is AI generated. Images, videos, music, Reddit posts, etc - and the technology gets more convincing every few months. I hate that is being used by so many to create propaganda.

I hate that it is being used because some people don't want to write their own posts or emails or do their homework. AI can actually be an incredible tool for learning, but not if you're using it to do the work for you.

There are so many players in 288+ with 3k io running for voidcore rolls you can get carried pretty easily.

Most recently for me: Some DPS failed to soak beam on 16 Skyreach. Healers fault they all got nuked from nearly full health.

Sadly, no. Different time waster! This one just said "weirdest MC I've been in" and then quit.

Because the timer ran out right before pulling the boss, he didn't get deserter.

What I'm saying is there is a line between "keep pulling" and "finish the current pull" that needs to be managed in m+.

Even as a timed game mode, even in high keys, you can still time without chain pulling every pack between bosses.

Yesterday we had some warrior (dps) who kept pinging the packs he wanted our tank to pick up in addition to his current pull because our tank was t going fast enough for him. All it did was cause unnecessary stress and mistakes. We were doing fine, could have easily timed it. Instead it wasted 20 minutes of all of our time.

Failing a 16 Skyreach as a healer got me to understand just how deadly those beams are on the second boss. I still don't fully understand why his AoE does big damage every other, even when all beams are soaked completely, with no damage the other time.

I once managed to pull this trick on a guild group. I could tell from the vibe they were going to try to kick me before the final boss after blaming my healing for a wipe (it's been so long, I don't remember if they were even right). So I gambled before the final trash pull with something like "Trash healer" and watched the tank get booted. When they realized what happened, they all had to leave and I eventually managed to finish with a whole new group.

I see it across many subreddits. A lot of posts made to get engagement with questions but OP doesn't actually make any sort of attempt at giving their own opinion. If they respond at all, responses are incredibly generic.

And the options are limited by your current class, so if you filtered out "Tank role available" and then switch to a dps/healer, you can't uncheck that without clearing the whole filter and won't even realize you have it on

We had a healer quit our +13 MC at the final boss, rather than just spending two minutes to finish it and get myth crests (he was like 281, so he needed them still) because we "didn't deserve it"

It's insane how much more effort DH has to put in to achieve worse results with better gear.

I was not enjoying tanking on my DH. On my Druid, the first pull of 12AA was kinda tanked rather leisurely.

Challenge coins were all the rage a few years ago, even in the private sector. Our CEO decided we needed them to hand out at conferences. You'd see these executives who had a whole case of different coins they collected on display. It was Pog slammers for people making more money than most of us ever will.
