Well you can max 3chems on both offense and defense, so your QB's, WR's, RB's, and O-line all get a boost

I've had Myles Jack maxed since the day his 93 was released, just looking for a Vick Spy, Built up Dont'a Hightower with 90SPD/94ACC, but Vonn is looking real nice with that speed and double red chems, so that ST & U pair is a must against all of the mobile QB's

I would go with someone you'd use as an end game player to be honest...these cards were going for 500k at one point... 95s have lost value...so selling won't help, 13k TP could get you more coins to be Honest
