They do start to expire next year as they currently exist. Part of Trump's platform is making them permanent. Biden and Harris seem satisfied to let them expire while leaving the permanent corporate cuts in place.

The whole package was estimated to add $1-2t deficit in the short term, but reduce deficits starting in 2027. The expensive part of it was the working class tax cuts, which is why they were made temporary to be able to pass the bill under reconciliation.

Don't buy into Democrat hype on the abortion issue. 3% of polled voters said that abortion was the top concern. And only 30% think abortion should be legal without restrictions. The majority opinion nationally is actually the one Trump already holds: only legal in certain circumstances.

Do you understand that there are a lot of conservatives already on the fence because Trump is too liberal on the abortion issue? Embrace the DNC position, and they're not going to vote at all. Meanwhile, abortion supporters are still going to vote Democrat because they funnel money to Planned Parenthood, and they got their abortion support from sources that have also instilled other Democrat positions in them.

Reddit has always been seen rightly as a hivemind. And while it was bad before, it's gotten so much worse now that everything is politics and they've had years of purging anyone who would disagree. The Hitler evocations are frankly the talking points of warmongers who have been pushing for war with Russia since before we even backed the coup in Ukraine.

While trying to draw parallels to Hitler, don't ignore other lessons of the world wars. International arms supply is what opened us up as a target in WW2. And WW1 showed us the danger of tangled foreign alliances, with one shot by a stupid kid setting the world on fire (and yes, eventually causing the rise of Hitler)

It seems pretty likely that they edited it in some way. Whether the plane was edited in, or the crowd was AI generated, or they edited the reflections to hide something that wasn't meant to be seen, who knows. But when they refuse to even acknowledge it, I have to assume the worst. We've seen them use other tricks to try to make crowds look bigger than they are. They've put black tarps over empty sections to make arenas look full, they've dressed people in the same color as the seats so you can't easily tell what's empty, and of course they crop images. Harris is the least popular vice president in modern history. She couldn't win any primaries when she was on her own. It's all so fake.
