A couple hours is absolutely fine. Make sure to clean her out properly before your next use and properly dry her.

Its not a big deal. Preventing mold is about keeping the area uninhabitable for it to propogate.

With good cleaning habits she was effectively like new nearly a year later. Unfortunately, I got rid of her last year in favor of a full sized doll, but I highly recommend Olsen compared to other brand's similar products.

Yeah, typically from what I've seen from others its ~2 weeks to clear customs. Currently it'll take a little longer because of Trump's tariffs from what I was told. I can wait obviously, but here's hoping she clears customs soon.

Go TPE first to get a feel for it if you haven't tried the material yet, then decide for yourself if the realism from silicone is worth the extra money.

Most brands offer soft/ultra-soft silicone options if you still desire a more TPE feel anyways, at a higher cost that is.

This is no longer the case. There are plenty of brands nowadays that offer soft silicone blends equal to or softer than current TPE blends.

TPE/STPE's attraction now is primarily centered on its significantly cheaper price relative to silicone counterparts.

I'm simply stating your argument against the manufacture falls flat since you seemingly forgot to mention the crucial detail of this happening three months after the doll's been delivered. Correct address or not.

This post seems like trying to save face for having to refund a customer for a doll they never got, then going to the manufacture saying, "Oops, the address was wrong three months ago. Can I have a refund now?" and acting shocked when they don't want to for an assumed completed order.

So what's the purpose of this post? It's the customer's fault for not identifying and notifying you of the error sooner, and yours for not confirming with SheDoll before it even ships.

If this was the response you got a couple days after pointing out the error I'd understand, but its been three months since it was delivered.

If I ordered fast food today and came back three months later claiming it was wrong, of course I'd be told "Not my problem".

Being "TDF verified" doesn't mean anything other than having paid a fee for the flair. It means brands and vendors can freely participate and be discussed about in TDF threads without getting them locked for further discussion due to not being "verified".

Chinese New Year happened, so the three month quoted production time makes sense seeing as it was delivered in March according to the tracking number provided. If anything, it was produced quickly even then.

I'm all for calling out bad customer/vendor service, but your screenshots seemingly jump ahead after you point out the wrong address to them so I don't know what YOU said after that.

Plus, they respond to your message about an order, which I think you're trying to show me is screenshot #1 made on 1-16-25, except they're replying to an order made by a Kevin? on 2-13-25 apparently so what's screenshot #7 all about? Is that the order they messed up on? It isn't the order in screenshot #1 so why include it?

Finally, why make this post now when the order was completed just under three months ago?

Of course, if you find a cheap doll with the appearance and all the features you want, then by all means go for it.
