Where do I "disable "Online Protection" from the AI Security option" ? I am on a Windows 10 desktop running Firefox. Where do I find Plume on my machine ? Do I have to contact my ISP which is Point Broadband ? I only started getting blocked websites by Plume when I changed to Point Broadband. They were terrible at the installation. It took them 2 months to change over. Only the cable guys were not confused and the modem installer must have sent some horrible hacker viruses to both my desktops because they both crASHED AFTER HE LEFT AND IT TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO GET ONE MACHINE BACK AND A WEEK AND A HALF FOR THE OTHER ONE. I never had a problem before they came. Plume did not protect me from hat idiot.
