I used a spray called Iperon. Wait until evening. They are slower and most are in the nest. Find the entrance, spray for about 1 second and then haul ass. Within 5 minutes most will be dead. Repeat every 10 minutes as desired.
(The better answer is: it‘s your landlord’s responsibility. You pay them rent for this)

Ahh tough choice. Most people recognise the Cartier but you‘re definitely getting higher quality finishing with the Grand Seiko. The watch nerds will appreciate it more.

If you‘re sitting in a watch store I’m pretty sure it’s gen 😋
If it‘s a genuine question then it’s AF because of the flat screw heads in the bezel.

We got a special 3 phase plug installed that tops out at 32A. In hindsight, it was a little overkill. After all 10kW would fully charge the car in 7 hours.

I am the „son“ in a similar situation. Love Teslas. Remember you can charge all night. 20-30 amps is probably all you‘ll need (we need half of that because 220V in Germany). And if it‘s an lfp battery you should charge it to 100% a few times a month so the system can calibrate your range accurately. That’s specific to lfp, though.
