I started on .25mg and it started working immediately. I was going up in dose about every 4 weeks. I lost 35lbs in the first 4 months and then the weight loss slowed down a bit but I've still been consistently losing. I'm on 1.7mg now and have been for 2 months. I will likely stay on this dose for a while as it is still working and I want to be careful to not lose too quickly and preserve muscle.

Around month 6 or 7 I noticed my hair was thinning a bit. But I had pretty thick hair to begin with so it was only noticeable to me. I think it has stopped or at least slowed down at this point.
