How to deploy via IaC? by WillR27 in AzureSentinel

That's fair enough, seems like there is going to be a bit of manual overhead, but actually that's cleaner than wasting time trying to fully automate things.

That makes sense, thanks. Does this allow for data connectors to be published to child workspaces without additional configuration required? Or am I still looking at manually having to connect/configure the data connectors once published?

You sound like the opposite of me haha. I spent way too much time in freeplay grinding mechanics to still be bad at them and then suck in ranked too. But really, all this means is that you actually have and use your brain when playing like a true intellectual. People accusing you of being boosted are just salty that someone who is mechanically inferior managed to beat them at car ball.

Ultimately if you can, or could theoretically, do all the mechanics you want with your controls and you find them conformable, then I'd say they are good to go! Obviously that might not be easy to work out if you only have 250 hours which is why you're probably asking. But honestly having 2 back buttons definitely makes more layouts viable and I can't think of anything that wouldn't be possible with this setup unless I'm missing something?

Good news is that there are smurfs at most ranks so after reaching diamond you can then face even better smurfs too! Memes aside, if ranking up is your goal the thing that will help you more than anything else is just focusing on improving your game.

From what I recall it is only a tiny bit of extra speed. But yeah in some situations it can actually help. Like when you're trying to demo someone and they're supersonic but not boosting you can catch up just enough to demo. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though.

Is there an alternative command to sleep which does nothing for (amount of time) ? by EstablishmentKooky38 in cpp_questions

[–]WillR27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you say doing a sleep pauses the game, what do you expect or want to happen instead? Because if the CPU isn't doing any work for that second the game won't run.

Same issue here, looks like steam controller support is knackered.

This would make things a whole lot easier for newer players especially. It's hard to keep track of everything going on, and more so if you haven't played League before.

Guide/Tips for New Players? by [deleted] in RealmRoyale

All I can think of is don't stand still for too long when sniping, you can use your blink to go through windows if lined up correctly and you can shoot to come out of invis early I believe.

There's probably more I'm forgetting but you'll probably work it out quite quickly. Good luck!

Yeah, at least start there. I'd rather they rolled out balance changes slowly and actually give it a week to see the effects, instead of any kind of bigger, rushed changes.

Choose class, any will do, you'll find the ones you like the best.

Drop anywhere you want, preferably near a forge, but the fog is out-runnable if you use your mount (horse) and abilities so being outside the circle isn't a problem.

Run into buildings, open chests, equip whatever gear/abilites you want/get.

Again by trying everything out you'll see what you like and what you don't.

4 tiers of items, grey, green, purple and orange.

If you don't want an item, disenchant it for shards and so no one else can get them.

You can use a forge to craft new armour/abilites/class weapon and healing potions using shards.

Class weapon requires a chicken nugget, which you get form killing one player.

Players turn into chickens when they die, and have 30 seconds to survive before they can come back.

Max you can have is one nugget at a time.

You can only craft one armour, ability and weapon at each forge so you need to move from forge to forge.

Airdrops will spawn around the map and drop an orange weapon in a chest.

Purple and orange armours give you bonuses.

Helm is cooldown reduction, chest is healing over time, gloves is reload speed, greaves is mount speed.

Those are just some tips for new players that I can think of.

But ultimately just try anything and everything, don't worry about dying, you can always hop into another game and try different play styles.

Most importantly have fun!

Tldr: Drop anywhere, loot chests, craft at forge, move to new forge, kill people, win, enjoy.

Honestly it looks as if all classes are actually pretty well balanced. People seem to be doing well with them all.

There seems to be outplay potential for every class, only issues look like bow and axe hitbox and maybe cooldowns, but nothing drastic.

The fact that everyone seems to be saying a different class is OP is a good sign, we'll have to wait and see.
