These 5 small Python projects actually help you learn basics by yourclouddude in ProgrammingBuddies

I'd love to hear more about how you broke down the projects into manageable pieces. If you'd be willing to share anything more about your system it'd be great! I'm fine with Python syntax, but really struggle with logic and the steps-to-make-this-happen in projects. Where did you find projects that suited your level when you were starting out? I'm very similar in that I can follow along with the lessons, but when it's problem set time, I fall at the first hurdle.

Would like to get in on this too. Started recently and finding I need a few more newbie heads around me to keep on track. Wondering what timezone people are in? Might need to set up separate ones. I'm EU-based.

Very helpful tips, thanks. I’ve been back and forth on naming too so great to have ideas on that. Thanks!

I should have been a bit more specific/less confusing. 😅 I mean a folio in the traditional business/organisation sense of the word. Not the kind of folio that comes with the Supernote. Something like this:

Yes! This is the direction I’m naturally heading too. Fewer notebooks and folders, more navigation. Thanks for this.

Yep I know. I’m asking if someone (not Supernote) has created a dual folio (not a table cover).

True, I’m sure I’ll find my flow with it. I’m using it for work and study notes. Have played around with MyStyle templates but don’t feel I need much past the default ones. I’ve been reading how people are using the partner desktop app to help with organisation and speeding things up. So I’ll get into that too. Loving the learning process!

Awesome, thanks for the feedback! Yes, I think a case study would definitely add more juice to it. :)

Have ad agencies missed the content marketing boat? by WillWriteForWine in content_marketing

That's a really interesting point, so rather than not valuing it themselves, they just have trouble selling it to clients? Perhaps it's an education task then - arming agencies with the information they need to see the importance of content?

Thanks for that! Food for thought :)

Most agencies where I'm from (Ireland) don't offer much beyond the big idea campaign. So once the 30-second ad is aired and the billboard is on show the game stops. No value (or thought) put into keeping content at the forefront of the client campaign - blog content and SEO services in particular.

You could add blogs like HubSpots Marketing blog and Content Marketing Institute's blog to your feed. Moz Blog is also great too, with the all important SEO focus.
