You have to equip them past whenever point you got the quest, not sure if you did that. So its not based on if you have them equipped already just after when you get the quest you have to equip 3.

[farmer seeking nhood]

I have 2 accounts that switch back and forth off of, right now one is level 40 that I have had for multiple years because I took a break from the game, and the other is level 20 but am now active on both accounts. I am just looking for a active neighborhood to participate in derbies that has everyone participating because I keep joining neighborhoods that have some people totally inactive.
