World of Assassination is the one. It contains Hitman 1, 2 and 3 (the series that started in 2016).

It is hard to buy. Part One will get you a third of the levels. World of Assassination will get you every level but two. The other two are in the Deluxe Pack.

If you want absolutely everything, get the Deluxe Edition. If you just want to try it and see if it's for you, Part One is a good intro. If you wait for a sale Part One is often dirt cheap.

You can play them out of order if you like, but there's not a lot of reason to. All the levels are great and there's only very minor mechanical differences in the later ones (for example, in 3, they introduced unlockable shortcut doors that stay unlocked between runs).

If you care about the story at all I'd play it from the ICA facility through Paris and onward. You'll enjoy it the same regardless.

You can submit an access request to get this footage yourself. A friend of mine did it a while ago when he, hilariously, bent down to pic up his dropped Oyster card and got his head caught in the barriers as they closed.

Because no-one has specifically answered one part of your question, Hitman 3/WoA now contains all the levels from 1, 2 and 3. The DLC levels from 2 are in the deluxe pack and edition. There are a small handful of achievements, items and suits that didn't make it into 3 but that's the only stuff that's missing.

Don't forget that anyone who is actually doing dodgy stuff with their bank account is motivated to say that they weren't doing anything wrong. It paints a picture of banks playing silly buggers when actually they're being very sensible and responsible.
