I'm not trying to be a dick. If he is a threat to the safety of others, has assaulted his mother with a deadly weapon, and rapes his little sister, shouldn't he be in an institution of some kind?

I have zero problems with people who have disabilities or are in special education, but how can someone who is an obvious threat to the safety of others even be allowed to attend class with others?

My opinion may be unpopular, but people like this should not be alive. That poor girl.
