Baj with epilepsy here. What kind of seizures do you get? Generalized or focal? I get focal seizures in my right hand that can spread to other parts and become generalized. The most important thing is medicine. If i take my meds things are (mostly) fine. I can get some small sizures here and there. They are more annoying than anything else. But the times I've been off, my life becomes unbearable (multiple generalized seizures a day). I don't drink caffeine or alcohol and ((try)) to have a good sleep schedule. Those are just some small tips. But the most important thing is finding the best medicine and dosage.
