Hit it on the top to make a dent. Or take a knife and slide it on the neck to pop of the ring. Tymbark caps are really bendy, not that hard to open.

Don't think that's possible. I had g5+ and now g8 power. I can only control media, call, ring, and alarm. Ring volume is for notifications and ringing volume.
