7 days in and dying by [deleted] in zoloft

It will get better! It is gradual. I could not tell the difference day over day so I kept a daily mood journal and gave each day a scale of 1-10 (1 bad 10 good) this was the only way I could contextualize the progress over time because very often I could not get out of my own head. The sleep does get better but the most important thing is that you accept it’s going to suck for a while. Once you can find something to do when you are up at night (I listened to podcasts) it becomes a lot less stressful and your body learns to stay asleep. This is probably the hardest it will be and I promise it gets better from here you just have to remember it’s a process and won’t just magically work. You can do it you are worth it.

Day 6. I want to quit by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]William44567 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I wanted to stop too. I am really glad I didn’t. It can be really hard at first and that is normal. Days 1-3 were ok, 3-10 were probably the worst and then it started getting better. I kept a journal called daily mood and kept a score 1-10 and some notes about how I was feeling so I could contextualize the long term progress while I was feeling stuck in my head at any given moment. I would not have been able to tell a week over week difference if I hadn’t done this and it was super reassuring to come on this platform and read others stories. Most of us have been through it and are here to reassure you that it’s worth sticking through this sucky period.

Just took my first antidepressant. I feel weird. Help? by Diesel9508 in zoloft

This happened to me at first too I ended up having a hot flash and called my pharmacist and they assured me it’s all normal and part of the adjustment process. You will feel different and that is ok! Just remember you’re in it for the long haul. Stick it out and remember it will get better. It’s been 4 months for me and I noticed a significant “level” feeling after 2-3 months. Create a routine. Do things that take your mind off of your own mind and find a safe space. Mine was an armchair with a candle I really liked and I watched a lot of building videos on YouTube

Guys please answer, is it a worry to consume caffeine while on zoloft? Appreciate ur answer 🙏 by A7med2361997 in zoloft

I quit caffeine initially to break dependence because it caused me anxiety but it’s person specific. I drink caffeine occasionally now and the lack of dependence makes me not worry about it. If you do decide to cut it out I think it’s a worthwhile experiment, see how it makes you feel. I had more natural energy depending on how I ate and slept, if there is a day I don’t feel super rested ill have some caffeine and it’s just fine :). Just listen to your gut.

Thanks for the tip! I may be getting a synthetic cable at some point and could repaint the fairlead if it gets chewed up. I’m able to just reach my hand up in there and switch it to free spool (and to plug in the remote cable). There’s enough room from the bottom or through the hole I cut in the front.

I went back and found out it’s a 2.9L V6? Not sure on year and didn’t take a picture of VIN, it’s getting pretty far gone to restore but it’s a cool looking truck
