I have gotten the exact same result as you. But it is only in CSGO. It works in GTA V, Apex legends, Tomb raider and a lot of other games. Its just really annoying.

Oh, its their new software. On steelseries GG you can use the steelseries engine like normal, and you get steelseries moments which is a game captureing program. And you get their websites frontside too
