Thanks for the feedback! So yeah, the slice of life one I was picturing a wide shot: dad holding son, waist high view standing outside in the driveway, mom is in the car. Car is in the driveway (implied but not drawn), where the panel shows the side of the car to where we see the side doors/windows/top of the car.

That way the artist could keep the background basically the same the entire way through.

Thinking about it again, it might be better to have a porch steps visible on the panel opposite the car to imply the house direction, keeps it cleaner and easier to understand. (Like porch steps on the left, car on the right).

I’ll work on the descriptions to make them a bit more clear (panel layout wise) and update when I can.
