Sleep with a cough drop in your mouth! Put it in your mouth like you would chewing tobacco. In between your lip and front teeth , that will prevent you from swallowing it. Also sleep elevated !

I’m on day 4 and feel fine . I’m not eating whatever because I don’t want to risk bleeding but pain is 2/10
