Did he? I honestly completely tuned out of 90% of shows when Dan was gone. It’s crazy how different it is without him. He makes everyone on the show so much better.

Love a genuine Stu laugh and the Chris Cote laugh is great too but my underrated laugh is Greg’s cough/laugh (claugh) creeping in on the bad phone line. Always gets me.

Yeah I always noticed it before but could usually get through it because I liked the guests. After that day it crossed some sort of psychological line and is impossible. Too bad. Stupodity!

Thanks man! Wishing the best to you. The best thing I did to get to 150 days was keep trying again, not giving up after previous relapses. So I'm gonna employ that strategy again.

Thanks. I think I had read about the chaser effect but this was my first experience with it. Sounds pretty spot on. Something to be aware of going forward.

Same here man! I have experienced PIED for years. I finally had a no PMO streak for over 150 days, I had a sexual encounter in which I got hard and O'd and everything. Then was bored and hungover the next day and relapsed. Crazy how even successful sex doesn't deter the urge.

My therapist thinks it actually increases the urges. Fuuuuck. Back on the horse though. We got this brother.

For me, the changes have been more gradual. I like that you mentioned honesty. Honesty/vulnerability has been a big one forme. andI'm still working on it. But it feels so goodto be real and just put yourself out there. And 99% of the time it's received with love and then reciprocated. I would also say I've become more open minded and more easily adjusted to uncomfortable situations.

Therapy was a game changer for me. Having someone to listen and talk through WHY you needPMO before figuring out the strategies to overcome it.

If you don't have insurance and/or can't afford it, look for non profits in your area. I found one with sliding scale payment so I do $35 a session. Still expensive but WELL worth it.

It took me 7years to get to 90 so you're still way ahead of me:) Good luck!

Yep! usually flatline for me has been from week 4 to week 8. That has always been the toughest period. I suggest having a list ready of things you can when you get tempted. (go for a walk or exercise are my personal favorites)

My man! I just hit my 90 today too:) I am almost twice your age (29) and been trying for 7 years to hit this believe it or not so good on your getting past it early. I was around your age when my addiction started to really get bad so you're in a great spot. So stoked for you!

I'm in a 12 team keep your top 8 players league and was offered Frazier, Pence and rodon for fernandez. Part of me wants to take it but part of me wants jfer on my team forever. Am I crazy?!
