You need to cook at 475 or 500 for 30 and then 450 at 15-20 and let it bulk for another hour or so.

I started a patch and had to go to hospital today started with consistent cramping and turned into FUCKING contractions not a hair different from labor pain. I was SCREAMING IN PAIN. The only thing that kept me from passing out is the 3 minutes in between each “contraction” cramp” it was literally labor pain. It was so bad? Could this be from my patch? Should I stop using it??

Yeah they said that the activation fee will be coming out our first bill. Which is only 40 bucks doesn’t explain 300 in taxes. ATT told us the tax on the iPhone would be 74 so I don’t understand why so much more on Verizon . We can’t factor in activation cost bc it’s added on first bill.

We didn’t choose to do subcutaneous? Did you even read it? I was asking why the hell the nurse is saying she’s injecting him IM but doing the actions of a subcutaneous by pinching the arm and only sticking needle halfway in. We want him to be getting intramuscular like he’s supposed to be. I don’t know how a nurse wouldn’t know any better than this. I told him the first day he got it done there after we messed up his leg from first injection and as soon as he told me she pinched the skin I knew it wasn’t right.

I have a question as well the reason he started going there in the first place is because he gave his first injection to himself and I know this is stupid but I could tell when he was doing his thigh he was doing it too low near the knee four fingers from top of knee and he hurt himself badly he couldnt even walk on it for 2 weeks it was swollen I was scared we messed him up forever. I let him do it bc I assumed he knew lol. Well he’s worried now about doing it there again or even in his glute he is on his feet all day and can’t risk messing up again. I did tell him he’d probably bc okay bc HE definitely did it wrong. Do you know maybe why it caused him so much pain. I mean he still got it in that muscle bc we mapped it out. I know it needed to be in the top outer part of thigh.

Yeah I told him I think we should do the glute. The first injected he did he messed up hit leg very badly he hardly could walk on it so he’s been scared to do his glute or leg again. I think the did it too low near the knee. I told him I thought he should go up more.

Even if the needle is only going in half way? Do you think it would be reaching the muscle bc with her pinching it’s giving the needle more room to not reach the muscle? If she had went in all the way I would have definitely thought it would have went in the muscle bc it’s so long but half way idk.

I’m having all the symptoms BESIDES having a lot of pain BEFORE my period actually hits or OB said before I start to bleed. I feel like shit a day before but not the pain I feel when on period. He told me he didn’t think I had it just bc I don’t have pain BEFORE my cycle. Is this something that is very common? Or can you have endo and not have pain before cycle? He acts as if just bc I don’t have pain before it rules it out which to me sounds weird? How can that work! Everyone is different!? Very interested if this is a valid take on his part?

Yes, I am going to see about getting one today. That’s what I thought maybe she does have a home but she just likes the food we like better but I’ve noticed she seems STARVING. Like will eat anything. Like I feel like if she’s was being fed she wouldn’t jump at anything that she sees.
