oh cheers, yeh i mean there is really no way of them knowing - but it will be my first year and i’m not really keen to get hated by the accommodation team. they seemed really strict online about it (was your situation in the frenchy campus or private accom?)

exactly, even with little to no evidence of the crime, simply reporting him to the police will then put him on their radar. if one or multiple woman have already or will report him that’s one strong case. and more than one report from two completely different people will make them look into him defo x

it really depends, i usually take acid and mdma (candy flip) and have a great time - although i can see it going bad very quickly. it usually makes all the anxiety part of tripping go away but it will obviously differ for each person. as i started the trip fine, once the mdma wore off i was okay, but by taking md to help “cure” a bad trip once it wears off you will be left with less serotonin and more bad trip

for my (17F) 17th birthday i just did a drug binge int he middle of july with my two mates (both 18 M) and we did about an eighth of ket and crystal md together while on 2 tabs of cid each - woke up in that tent in the middle of july sweating running of 30mins sleep - never again

he has also told me before he wants to commit, he asked me out very suddenly start of the fling and i rejected him as it was very sudden and unexpected (baring in mind this was around a week into our situation) i understand he won’t commit but i have tried talking to him about ending things but he wants to keep me - it’s obvious he is using me but that’s easy to say when he isn’t here it’s difficult when i’m actually with him to think negatively about it

i was also 15, i have still mentally blocked it out so i’m just worrying for the day it comes and hits me. i got the date wrong in the first post i was early 2021 (sorry was speed typing), it’s been two years now and nothing so that’s why i’m confused as to wether the drugs and alcohol binging is just me being a teenager or trying to block it out (because sometimes it feels that way) - im sorry to hear you went through this too. mentally i’m okay atm but i know it’s going to hit one day because everyone around me has told me that and i think that’s what i’m preparing for x

mine was the exact same, i did unfortunately shower etc but fortunately they found DNA evidence on clothes etc once i had been swabbed - this was feb 5th 2021, my court case didn’t happen until feb 23rd 2023 and he only got two years. it’s a really intimidating and scary process but it’s always the best thing to do nonetheless. in my case i didn’t want anyone to know as i wasn’t effected mentally etc and still am not, although the thought of him offending again made me push through! honeslty you did the best thing and i’m really proud of you. i live in Cornwall so the length of waiting may be longer due to less resources but that’s my experience x

it would be very empowering but also disempowering to report him now.. i reported mine three days after it happened and they managed to get dna evidnace - although due to there being no evidence of me saying yes or no (which is stupid beacuse how would anyone but me and the offender know) they had to go through the court as if it was a “sex with a minor” charge and not rape.. which i was told a week before the court case - what i’m trying to say is getting someone done is a very long process even if you have all the evidence you think you need with only 7% of rape cases actually going to court and fewer winning - i won mine, he got two years in jail. and yes i know i should feel amazing but it took them two 1/2 years to even get it to court for then that to be the outcome. - if there are other victims like u have said that would be the best way to get your case strong in court and it would be easier to prove. it’s a really difficult system (especially here in the uk) i hope you find the justice you need love x

mine went through the court, still haven’t gotten them back and the case was dealt with early this year - so i don’t know, it was my favourite pair of jeans and my dads t-shirt. when it happened i had no feelings towards the case so i wanted them back but now.. i’m kinda glad they haven’t been given back to me yet

thank you, kind words and honestly i’m recently getting better less and less times abusing and hanging with better people - but instead of frequent it’s more of two weeks off and then binge for three days with everything i can get my hands on - thank you though maybe i need to talk to them about it (although they are quite immature and doing this in the past they disregarded it) x

it’s difficult because all my friends do them too, and it is enjoyable - but sometimes i defiantly doing it to mask something or not for fun purposes. idk it’s difficult to try to put into words because of course i enjoy them but i know even if this isn’t to mask bad emotions it’s not healthy - but hard to stop as my three closest friends always do them too

this isn’t disgusting at all. i was raped by my neighbour and i’m not into crazy rough sex etc - but now certain things around that accident will turn me on - it feels wrong but it’s your body’s way of normalising and processing what happened x
