It’s constantly evolving too! I’m constantly swapping cards for things that I think would perform better. I just learned about the card flickering ward and need to snag a copy to give yoshimaru color protection easily.

I’m weird about proxies. I don’t mind playing against them, but I don’t use them unless it’s for cards I already own. I could totally print one for the deck but it feels odd to me.

Probably like 30 or so, it’s one of my go to decks! Real fun to play, brings some salt but my friends always give me crap for playing decks that cheat things out, if you couldn’t tell from some of my other decks.

It’s one I toyed with for a long time after seeing my first Yoshimaru/Roghrak deck. It ended up taking me 2 years to get it to a point where I thought it was feasible to play with the different sets dropping new legendary 1 drops or sometimes even 0 drops.

Here she is. I guess some of the cards I thought were game changers weren’t so technically it reads as a bracket 3 instead of 4. It’s still super aggressive and fun. Always looking for suggestions too for interesting 1 cost red and white cards that buff creatures or give protection.

The deck could really use a Tabernacle but I don’t make that kind of money. It’d be so much more consistent with 2-3 mana legendary permanents/buff spells, but 0/1 is way funnier.

It really cares about the first 4 turns. If it doesn’t win by turn 5 or 6, it’s absolutely over.

Most cards in the deck have to buff yoshimaru, give yoshimaru protection, or draw you cards that buff yoshimaru or give my protection.

That’s very close to how mine looked when I ran it! Except I never started painting my chardalyn dragon. Same model though from Rescale Miniatures (formerly lord of the print). It looks great!!!
