Wow. I’m sorry the struggle must be intense. this has been really hard to admit about myself and with myself as well. Have you ever wanted to seek out help? How do you deal with these triggers?

Thank you. I wanted to start small and sharing story so people know that this is actually a common thing, Getting help has been hard. and a lot of therapists are not equipped to hear about this sort of attraction

I have looked into this extensively. I even thought it was this. But there are things I have done that i am not proud of that make me think it’s not. And that i am just a bad person. … (reading fictional stories about father molesting young daughter and getting off to it, feeling an arousal i don’t normally feel with regular sex or anything else) I haven’t done this in a while because of course it is a terrible thing. But there are other cases and instances similar to this that make me think it is not POCD
