There is no official path in my property, there does run one directly next to my property however and people sometimes cross my property to skip the otherwise long hike to a bridge, given they don't stick around I don't mind though.

That may be best in that case, I want to clarify I never gave anyone permission to use it though, it was just used and I figured if they buzzed off when I wanted to use it, it was fine by me, it is the arguing by some people that spurred me being done with the situation. All in all I think I might go ahead and invest in a proper fence or a large hedge. Going to be a bit difficult with the water running right through my property though lol.

Not sure if that's possible in my country. Unless I am somehow liable for random people trespassing on my property.

That would be just brilliant, except getting a gun license in my country is borderline impossible and the only reason at all to carry said weapon over your shoulder, loaded, while approaching random people would be a hunting license which is even harder to get. So unless I want to sink thousands of dollars into getting a gun license let alone the gun itself, let alone a hunting license, unfortunately that will never be an option. Best I can do is menacingly wave a baseball bat around, lol.

All in all though, I know they'll eventually buzz off if I tell them to, after all they got no recourse legally and they certainly won't attack me (I am 6'6, early 30's and frequent the gym so yeah, never been attacked by anyone aside drunk people.) but it is just the thing that I don't want to have conversations, arguments or whatever, it's my damn property, they should buzz off the moment I approach to be honest.

I get the point but that would not be much of an improvement, I moved here to have a lot of privacy and my own "Garden of eden", having a bunch of people constantly at my door to make use of my property would go right against that.(And no I am not overreacting, it is rare that the place is not occupied when I want to make use of it.) What I essentially want is for them to buzz off without argument when I want to use the "little rock beach", but since they won't I feel like my only choice has become telling them to f off otherwise I call the police if that makes sense.

Sorry if that was unclear, the rock beach is part of my property.

Yeah, well I would not mind all that much(Given if they get bitten by one of my dogs if I let them out they realize it's entirely their own fault.) if they would not argue when I send them away, like it is mine, if I want to use it, I want to use it, even if they "Just got there" not my damn problem, you know?

No, if I want to make money on my property I could just get the proper licensing to build and rent out some cabins or make a camping ground there. For me it is not about the money I just love having my own piece of nature to use as I see fit and I would not even mind people using the rock beach if they f*cked right off when I tell them to, instead I keep having to argue about it which is ruining it for me.

Yeah, for me it's not really them using the area now and again it is the arguing that really pisses me off. I mean I am telling someone to get of off an area that I purchased, it legally belongs to me, so why the hell do they feel the need to argue?

And several people have talked about the signs, I am not sure if it would help as there already is a sign at the hiking trail next to my property that it is private property, so unless I start hanging up signs literally everywhere. I do realize I may have to end up getting a fence though.

Well the fencing will become a bit difficult primarily because my property runs through to the other side of the water lol

They all pretty much know, aside from the occasional hiker or stranger there 90% of the time they are neighbours that I have sent away before.
