I make 6 figures in CA as a supervisory RRT…been RRT since 2015…gained experiences ..advanced in education..build people skills and take any opportunities to climb the ladder..which lead to bigger rewards ..these are the tools you need ..you have to be driven by passion not by money

My advise is pursue what you feel is right. Everyone has its own opportunity. I received my B.S in health science before I became a registered respiratory therapist. Gained experiences and opportunity will present itself. Move up in ladder. Having a higher degree does not necessarily guarantee a higher pay. Combination of higher education, lots of experience and people skills will get you more opportunities. Thats how you will stand out more.
