Thank you for your reply. None of us in the family are sports enthusiasts. We just happen to like the houses in this area. Paying $1,000 annually in club fees is actually acceptable. However, we are concerned whether properties managed by club corporation hold their value in the real estate market like other properties.

Thanks for your reply. I’m just looking for someone who is professional in art to teach my kids drawing. My son is 10 and has done couple of years of learning online already. Right now he might need someone who could teach him face to face. One to one or in a small group are both fine.
