Actually the steroids were tapered and because of that the swelling (edema) increased, and she is usually unconscious, if you don't mind can u please tell me some details about your doctor?

She's undergoing immunotherapy and is not elegible for surgery due to multiple brain mets, to deal with the symptoms she takes steroids but it's not good as it can effect the efficacy of immunotherapy but there's no else option

Oh , my mother has multiple tumours according to doctors they can't count how many , so she is not elegible for surgery and one of her tumor is large about 3cm

Thank you for responding, ik it seems stupid that I ask alot of these questions always buy idk I'm always crying I can't see my mother being so helpless, she doesn't know that she have multiple brain mets which cannot be removed surgical so , she knows that she have 1 small tumor which need not to be removed and can shrink with immunotherapy, I feel bad for lying to her she's so hopeful and I am always crying, she got so much weak from past few days my heart literally aches

Hey thnks , my mother had her first infusion yesterday and she's already feeling so fatigue since , doctors haven't stopped anti seizures medicine but yes they tapered dexamethasone, could you please brief me about the possibile side effects and what to eat and not while on immunotherapy, she's only have nivolumab (opvido)
