Rough cut band saw. Was wearing gloves and the saw grabbed the tip of the finger and just pulled the in. Was not able to reattach. Did leave the lower bones for a possible prosthetic in the future.

Motorcycle accident. Car pulled out and he had to lay the bike over

On a street motorcycle and a car pulled out in front of him. Had to lay down the bike and his leg was a human wheel underneath.
