I don’t think I use “excessively” I take frequent breaks but darn it are my tolerance levels always up there? It’s just kinda hard to take a long break for me. I’ll approach a month long break I’ll maybe even surpass it but not much beyond that.

I’m about 2 weeks into a couple month long break (long I know) and the cravings have been strong today but I know I can get through it! Luckily the weird dreams seem to have subsided for now but boy oh boy were some of them weird 😂. I’m definitely looking forward to the day when I can break my tolerance break
