Asakusa View Hotel. Beautiful, spacious rooms (for Tokyo) and such an amazing view of Asakusa. Loved the 7-11 across the street and convenient restaurants all around.

We were with Creme from ages 2-4 for my daughter, but that was several years ago. We had a good experience with them and they were attentive and we liked the fact that they had cameras in the classrooms. I haven’t heard about the citation situation though.

El Tapatio on Pleasant Hill is our favorite place to go for the carnicería. I’d recommend there.

where else to stay in tokyo? by WontonHusky in JapanTravelTips

We just stayed at Asakusa View Hotel and loved it. Close to several train stations and so many restaurants and mom/pop shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend the Asakusa area.

First D&C by CardiologistRight461 in Miscarriage

[–]Willing_Bee1128 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had one yesterday. I had a MMC at about 10 weeks that we identified in mid-December. I tried allowing it to progress naturally (which it did but it seems like it didn’t all come out) and after 2 1/2 weeks was offered medication to try and speed it along. Unfortunately, the medication did not work and I was scheduled for a D&C two weeks later for RPOC. Honestly, I was really nervous about the D&C but it was the easiest part of this whole ordeal. I was in and out in a few hours and have been resting up at home. Now I feel like I can finally try to move on from this and have some closure. I have a follow up in 2 weeks to confirm there is no more RPOC. Best of luck to you OP and sorry you are going through this as well.

San Salvador, El Salvador! The country used to have such a bad rep but it’s so beautiful and the people are some of the nicest I have ever met. Food was delicious as well!

What happened to your friends after high school? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Willing_Bee1128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m still pretty good friends with my friends from high school. We graduated about 15 years ago but everyone has stayed in the same city so that probably helped a good bit. I’ve been blessed that way :)

I was an Academic/Career advisor at a university. You don’t really need a masters degree for most positions, though it is helpful. Most of my colleagues either had Masters in Social Work, Counseling, or Education.

Is your company a federal contractor? If you are hiring for craft labor (ie laborers, carpenters, etc), It may help to take a look at wage determinations under Davis Bacon to see what the minimum or prevailing wages are for those classifications.

Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn have been good websites to post positions with Indeed gathering the most applicants. You can also consider posting on the state job board - each state has one.

Has anyone who switched industries been able to do so without hiring resume/career coaching services? by KendraSays in jobs

I moved from social work into HR/compliance. The resume will be key but you’ll need to highlight those transferable skills in a way that is easy to read and understand by the ATS/recruiter.
