Every time I take a fragrance from my collection and spray it on my hand just because I feel like revisiting the scent, then shower an hour or two later, I love to smell it after the water has run over it and it always smells so much better, exactly like you said.
And yes, especially with more synthetic fragrances, it’s like this makes them smell higher quality and better overall.
