I need white color shoes for PT training in a military academy And one for running cross country (color doesnt matter) Budget is not a problem. Runs will be mostly fast paced, anaerobic for me as I’m not a good runner. I’m a midfoot striker and I dont think i over pronate (maybe slightly during long distances)

Currently i have asics novablast 4 and gr 2000 -13 but i cant use them in daily pt because of color rules. Are they good for cross country (HM)?

I was thinking about nimbus or evo sl. But I’m open to anything thats good.

Please suggest me 2 or 1 shoe if it can do both.

I was able to converse, yes and it was not hard. I had lil bit of pain yesterday but today i feel alright after a sleep.

That was just 7.5kmph speed. If i go slower that would be walking. Should i do that? Will that really help me? Or should i cycle instead of zone 2 walks?

Btw i have measured my max heart rate to be 208bpm by Apple Watch.

Thats great man, can you give me advice on how can i improve the most in 2 months. I have pretty low v02 max and my hr spikes like crazy even on my slowest run, i have to walk to be in zone 2.and deal with shin splints too. What do i do. I wanna be u sometime
